There are so many reasons other than the mutant virus itself ,which has spread to prodigious numbers, infecting entire families unlike the last time, are lockdown fatigue, denial, complacency to name a few. Hence the age old adage for diseases still holds true “Prevention is better than Cure” consequently we are faced with another Lockdown in terms of tangible meetings and assemblage.
