This recipe is very simple and can be altered and adjusted in umpteen ways. Ingredients 200 gms dark chocolate 10 ml oil 250 gms chocochip ice cream Hershey’s chocolate syrup Break the chocolate into small pieces. Boil water in a pan, place another heat proof bowl in the water being heated. Place half the chocolate in a double boiler. Stir continuously. When the chocolate melts, take the bowl out from the boiling water. Add the other half of the chocolate, stir till all the chocolate melts.
