Chocolate all the Way
Temperatures are on the rise! Children have resumed going to school so how about keeping a small treat ready for them , when they return home.
This recipe is very simple and can be altered and adjusted in umpteen ways.
Ingredients
200 gms dark chocolate
10 ml oil
250 gms chocochip ice cream
Hershey’s chocolate syrup
Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Boil water in a pan, place another heat proof bowl in the water being heated.
Place half the chocolate in a double boiler.
Stir continuously.
When the chocolate melts, take the bowl out from the boiling water.
Add the other half of the chocolate, stir till all the chocolate melts.

Making of Chocolate cups
Take a silicon , cup cake mould. Oil the inner surface lightly. Pour the liquified chocolate so that it coats the inner part of the mould without filling it. Place it in the freezer for half an hour
Chocolate cups are ready
Take out the silicon mould from the refrigerator . Gently nudge out all the chocolate cups from the mould.
Make as many chocolate cups as required!
Add a filling of your choice
Fill the cups with chocolate-chip icecream, drizzle Hershey’s chocolate syrup over it. Fill the cups with strawberries and cream, or mango ice-cream- the list of things that can be made as well the choices are endless.
